ISO BUILD ARE FULLY AWARE OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 68 OF 2008 ASWELL AS ROADTRAFFIC ACT AND CONDUCT BUSINESS ACCORDINGLY.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All trailers are manufactured as per order regulations and customers requirements
2. Iso Build are fully aware of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 aswell as Road Traffic Act and conduct Business accordingly.
3. No discounts are given on specials.
4. No cancellation will be allowed on custom orders.
5. Once delivery OR collection has taken place, no further claims will be entertained by Iso Build after Ten (10) days.
6. Iso Build reserves the right to change all prices due to unforeseen cost.
7. If deposit is made it’s considered as a confirmed order an all terms and conditions apply. Customer’s signature is only required on delivery or collection of order.
8. One Year (1) workmanship guarantee on all purchased product. This only covers the workmanship quality of the product and not any damages caused by the customer or other circumstances and negligence. Electrical goods have no Warranty.
9. Delivery of goods will only be executed upon full payment being received and such payments being cleared to our bank account before being dispatched.
10. Any Claims on Warranty-Trailers have to come back to the factory on Customer own expense.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to Customers, to the Border and supply a permit is extra Cost, Iso Build register all trailers-we don’t licence them. Transporting of unlicence Trailers required permit.

COLDROOMS/TRAILERS/TOILETS/KITCHEN/BOWSERS

-Coldrooms,Trailers,Toilets,Kitchen and Bowsers. refunds*.

-Collection date/lead time confirm on all product. Should there be a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances Iso Build will notify the customer and not be held responsible.

-Coldrooms – There is no guarantee on any leaks that the customer encounters after dispatching .

-Coldrooms – are sold as ungalvanized and is optional extra to galvanise.

-There is only Manufacturing Warranty on all Trailers/Toilets/Kitchens and Bowsers

-Trailer toilets must be tested before dispatch by the client and sales person as there is no claims or blockage, electrical, Leakes or other issues that will be entertained.

-Solar System carriers no warranty as its being mobile and defeats the properties of Solar systems being mounted permanent, electrical issues may accour due to transporting.

LIMITATION OF CLAIMS

-The Manufacturer, Iso Build will not be liable for any claims,damages,defects , or faults in goods that have been collected or delivered more that Ten days (5) prior to the date of the claim.

-Any defects, damages, or issues must be reported in writing within five (5) days of collection or delivery. Failure to do so will result in the goods being deemed accepted in good condition.

-The Manufacturer Iso Build is not responsible for wear and tear,misuse,improper handeling,modifications, or incorrect storage of goods after collection or delivery.

GENERAL LIABILITY

-The Manufacturer’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective goods.

-The Manufacturer is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, business interruptions, or reputational harm, or reputational harm.

-The total liability of the Manufacturer, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

By purchasing and accepting goods from the Iso Build Manufacture, the Consumer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

LAYBUY

-All lay buy sales are for 3 Months ONLY . Once the customer exceeding the lay buy period he/she will be charged interest of 5% additional per month.

-All lay buy orders once confirmed and first deposit paid the order cannot be changed or swopped for another product.NO lay buy can be hold longer than 6 Months with the 5% interest per month then you will loose your deposit.

-Any Order of which customer extend after completion by clients of final payment not made will become Lay buy.

CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICIES

–Confirmed Orders Are Subject to A 50% Cancellation Fee – applicable to lay buy customers. Applies under any circumstances or death.

-NO RETURNS* , NO COME BACKS* , NO REFUNDS* , NO EXCHANGE* on goods supplied correctly.

-A 10% waver/admin fee will be charge for any product that is returned back to Iso Build to exchange for an upgrade of the product. Note there is no exchange for a refund.

-That’s Purchased before Leaving Iso Build Premises as there is No Returns or Exchanges No further claims will be entertained by Iso Build.

-Customer duty to check all goods/Trailers as per Invoice are correct upon collection / delivery. Customer must sign off Invoice.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND PUBLIC STATEMENTS

-Customers shall not publish, post, or share any defamatory,false,misleading or damaging contents regarding the Manufacturer or its products on Social Media, Online Platforms or any public forum. In the event of dissatisfaction, customers are encouraged to engage.

-In the event of dissatisfaction, customers are encouraged to first engage with the Manufacturer to resolved concerns before making public statements.

-The Manufacturer reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity making false,defamatory, or harmful statements that could damage it’s reputation or business interests.

-If a customer is found to have published false or misleading information the Manufacturer may seek damages and/ or require a public retraction.
